General Questions
Usually not, but in special cases such as an extremely dirty move out clean or if you have special requests we would want to do a short visit at a convenient time
We bring all of our cleaning supplies when we come to clean your residence. If you prefer a paticular cleaner, you are more than welcome to provide it for our use.
Please contact us right away, and Dunn Rite will gladly return within 24 hours to correct the issue at no additional charge. Declining a return visit waives the right to any refund or discount. We proudly stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee..
Scheduling Questions
Depending on the day, we can sometimes get you scheduled. Rush fees may apply.
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house.
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Prompt payment is appreciated, we also offer autopay
No, you can cancel service anytime but we do have a contract to be sign that states you agree to the cleaning services
Cleaning Questions
When you schedule a basic cleaning, professional cleaners will typically follow a systematic approach, tackling your home, room by room to ensure thorough coverage. They’ll start with high-traffic areas like living rooms and bedrooms before moving on to less frequently used spaces such as guest rooms or home offices, completing one room entirely before proceeding to the next.
In each room, the focus is on dusting and wiping down all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and picture frames. Floors are vacuumed or swept and mopped. Bathrooms receive a detailed cleaning and disinfection, with toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, and countertops left spotless and fresh.

Depends on your household size but usually only one cleaner is sent to your home. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.
Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
