Estimates

Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. If conditions differ significantly upon arrival, additional charges may apply after discussing them with you.

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Arrival windows are estimates and may change due to traffic, weather or earlier appointments.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

Recurring Services

Recurring services continue until changed or cancelled by either party. Schedule changes are subject to availability.

Cancellation

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Fees may apply for last minute cancellations when staff has already been assigned.

24 Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

If you believe an area was missed, notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to correct legitimate service concerns.

Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property and securing pets unless otherwise arranged.

Photo Documentation

We may photograph work areas before or after service for quality assurance, documentation or dispute resolution. We will not publicly use identifiable property photos without permission.

Electronic Communications

You agree that we may communicate by email, SMS or through our customer portal regarding requested services.

SMS Terms

By providing your mobile number and consent, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages including estimates, appointment reminders, schedule updates, cleaner arrival notifications, invoices and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
